What is the NEOSTRATA® Pro Rewards program?
NEOSTRATA® Pro Rewards is a loyalty program sponsored by NEOSTRATA COMPANY, INC. through which individuals can track their sales of NEOSTRATA® products and earn Rewards based on their sales volume and status.

Am I eligible to participate?
The Program is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who are qualified NEOSTRATA® Professional members. The Program is limited to one account per practice. NEOSTRATA® Professionals will be asked to input a valid Medical Account Number upon registration.

How will you use my personal information?
When you register for NEOSTRATA® Pro Rewards, we will use your information to email you NEOSTRATA® Pro Rewards statements, surveys, and Rewards. You will also receive insider access to NEOSTRATA® products, services, special offers, and other communications from NEOSTRATA®.

By participating, you agree to the NEOSTRATA® Pro Rewards Terms & Conditions. To facilitate your participation in NEOSTRATA® Pro Rewards, we will use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
How do I opt-out of the NEOSTRATA® Pro Rewards program messages that I am receiving?
Once enrolled in the NEOSTRATA® Pro Rewards loyalty program, you will receive statements, which include sales and status updates. You can unenroll at any time to stop receiving these communications.

To unsubscribe from NEOSTRATA® Pro Rewards statements, surveys, or other communication from NEOSTRATA®, please navigate to the opt-out URL included in these emails to opt-out at any time.
What are the different Status levels?
Once a Participant sells a certain amount of NEOSTRATA® products, their sales status will qualify them to be placed in a “Tier” level. There are five (5) Tiers, each with an associated sales volume, as outlined below:

- Bronze: $1,000 - $1,999
- Silver: $2,000 - $4,999
- Gold: $5,000 - $9,999
- Platinum: $10,000 - $24,999
- Diamond $25,000+
How do I earn my Status?
Your Status is based on your sales volume of NEOSTRATA® products. Sales progress will be reset to $0 after the conclusion of each Qualifying Period. Participants will not maintain their Tier level into subsequent Qualifying Periods.
What benefits can I earn with my Status?
After the conclusion of each Qualifying Period, each Participant will earn Rewards associated with their applicable Tier. Log in to your account to see the available benefits listed on the website, or see the Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
When can I expect to receive my benefits?
Physical Reward items will be delivered within the twelve months following the conclusion of the Qualifying Period to the residential address listed in the Participant's Account.

I believe My Account Dashboard Sales total or Status is incorrect. How do I address this?
Please note that your sales total and status on the site update once per month. If this still does not look accurate, we recommend you clear the cache on your computer (this is the short-term memory for your browser) and try refreshing your browser window. You may also want to logout of your account, open a new browser window, and try again.
How do I change my Email Address?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of accounts, we are unable to change registration information. If you do earn a Reward during the Program Period and your contact information does change, contact NEOSTRATA® Customer Service and provide your updated information.
How do I change my Password?
Visit the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page and follow the instructions provided to reset your password. In order to successfully change your password, you will need to provide the email address that you used to register for the NEOSTRATA® Pro Rewards program on the form.
I think I’m having technical issues. I can't seem to view a page. What should I do?
Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure both cookies and JavaScript are enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.
What are browser cookies, and how do I enable them?
Cookies help you stay logged in to a Web site by storing a small amount of information about your session. Cookies must be enabled to participate in this program.
